Booking and Cancellation Policy

- Online bookings can be done up to 60 days in advance with at least 5 days notice before the event. Contact us via email or Facebook Messenger for bookings outside this window

 

- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due within 48 hours after booking to hold your window via an accepted payment method below.  You will receive an email with payment instructions shortly after booking. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam filter or message us via email or facebook messenger. 

 

- Balance due in full upon arrival for your party or event.

 

- Accepted payment methods include:
          - Cash
          - Venmo
           - Zelle
           - CashApp
           - Paypal

 

- We cannot accept personal checks

 

- Deposits are non refundable.

 

- Please provide at least 72 hours cancellatioor reschedule notice.

 

- In the event that Wonder Wheels has to cancel your booking due to reasons beyond our control, your deposit will be refunded in full.
